Footwear brand Bacca Bucci raises $2.5 M
Delhi-based footwear brand Bacca Bucci has raised INR 21.87 crore (around USD 2.5 million) from the promoter family members of Famy Care including JP Taparia, Ashutosh Taparia (Founder, Ananta Capital) and Sanjeev Taparia (Managing Director, Famy Care).The company is to issue 20,240 Series A compulsorily convertible preference shares (Series A CCPS) at INR 10,810 each to raise the investment amount.Founded in 2012 by Natwar Agrawal and Anuj Nevatia, Bacca Bucci sells casual, formal and athleisure shoes.
For FY24, Bacca Bucci had reported about INR 67 Cr in Operating Income and about INR 1 Cr in PAT.
