Fundamentum co-founder Ashish Kumar launches F2A with Rs.3,000-Cr corpus
F2A (Fundamentum Frontier Advisors) , a frontier-tech investment platform launched by Fundamentum co-founder Ashish Kumar, has raised INR 3,000 Cr from Infosys and Fundamentum co-founder Nandan Nilekani with participation from several institutional and individual investors. F2A will oversee investments of INR 1,000 Cr and manage the INR 2,000 Cr Fundamentum III fund focused on artificial intelligence and deeptech opportunities. Ashish Kumar will continue overseeing the existing portfolio of Fundamentum’s earlier funds alongside the new platform.Former SIDBI Venture Capital executive Debraj Banerjee has also joined F2A as General Partner to co-lead its AI and deeptech investment strategy. Banerjee previously invested in QpiAI, Digantara, SigTuple, Myelin Foundry, OTPless, DrinkPrime and Vahdam.
