Future to sell 18.6% stake in comics publisher Amar Chitra Katha for Rs.13.62 Cr

Mumbai-based, publicly listed Future Consumer Ltd (FCL) is to sell an 18.58% stake in Amar Chitra Katha Pvt Ltd (ACKPL), which publishes Amar Chitra Katha comics, for INR 13.62 crore to Ramanaidu Daggubati and Spirit Media.
