Gaja Capital gets Sebi’s nod for Fund V
Mumbai-based Gaja Alternative Asset Management has received approval from the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Sebi) to register Gaja Capital India Fund V as a Category II Alternative Investment Fund (AIF).Gaja Capital India Fund V will operate for a 10-year term starting from its initial closing, with the option to extend the fund for two additional one-year periods. Gaja Alternative Asset Management will serve as the investment manager for the fund.
