Games24x7 acquires 24% stake in Wiseowl for Rs.9.1-Cr
Mumbai-based online gaming firm Games24x7 is to acquire a 24% stake in Bengaluru-based stock broking company Wiseowl Securities, the parent entity of TIQS / Butterfly Broking for INR 9.1 Cr. Games24x7 is to also extend a short-term loan of INR 18 Cr to Wiseowl Securities.Incorporated in 2022, Wiseowl Securities operates a stock broking business and is also registered as a mutual fund distributor.
