Gaming co Nazara to raise Rs.100-Cr from Zerodha's Kamath brothers
Nazara Technologies, a publicly listed online gaming company, would issue shares worth INR 100 crore to firms managed by Zerodha founders Nikhil and Nithin Kamath. The company plans to issue 1,400,560 equity shares at a face value of INR 4 each, for INR 714 per equity share. This will amount to INR 99,99,99,840 and will be proportionately allotted to M/s Kamath Associates and M/s NKSquared. The fresh funds will be used to meet the company's growth plans, including for making strategic acquisitions and investments in various companies.
