Gaming publisher 1312 interactive raises $1-M seed round
Hyderabad-based 1312 Interactive has raised USD 1-M in a seed round led by Chimera Venture Capital and TAC, with participation from Ventana Ventures and angel investors Rahul Reddy G, Rohan MC and Nara Srinivas. This follows a previous angel round from Akshat Rathee, Gautam Virk, Rajat Ojha, Sridhar Muppidi, Tanay Tayal, the founders of Playsimple, Vatsal Chintalpati, and Rick Herman.Founded by Deepak Gurijala and Raviteja Mantena, the company publishes indie and AA games. The firm plans to use the capital to expand its indie game publishing across emerging markets and focus on premium PC and console titles.
