Gateway Partners, CX exit Mrs. Bectors Food Specialities; sell shares worth Rs.284-Cr

Gateway Partners and CX Partners have sold 4,712,163 equity shares at INR 303.26 per share and 4,613,846 equity shares at INR 305.38 per share respectively of publicly listed Mrs. Bectors Food Specialities Ltd. on Apr 13, 2022 through bulk deals on NSE. The sales, which constitutes 15.86% stake of the company, aggregates to INR 283.80 crore. Post the latest sale, the investors have exited their over 6.5-year-old investment with 1.68x return.

From the Venture Intelligence PE-VC Deal Database: In Aug 2015, Gateway Partners invested INR 239.51 Cr and CX Partners invested INR 229.47 Cr in Mrs. Bectors. In Dec 2020, the company listed its shares at INR 288 per share and the investors made a part exit as part of the IPO.
