GEF Capital sells addl Syrma SGS Techshares worth Rs.111-Cr; registers 5.77x return

GEF Capital Partners has sold a 1.36% stake in publicly-listed Syrma SGS Technology Ltd on Jun 28, 2023 through a bulk deal on the BSE and the NSE. The sales aggregate to INR 110.81 crore. Post the sale, GEF Capital would hold a 1.65% stake in the company.

From the Venture Intelligence PE-VC Deal Database: In Nov 2020, GEF Capital Partners invested INR 75 crore for 12.09% stake in the company. The company went public in Aug 2022 at INR 220 per share. GEF Capital did not sell any of its shares during the IPO.
