General Atlantic sells addl KIMS Hospital shares worth Rs.215-Cr; registers 3.5x return

General Atlantic has sold a 1.81% stake in publicly listed, Hyderabad-based Krishna Institute of Medical Sciences Ltd (KIMS Hospital) fetching INR 214.60 crore. Post the sale, the investor would hold a 8.61% stake in KIMS Hospital.

From the Venture Intelligence PE-VC Deal Database: In Jun 2018, General Atlantic invested INR 929.16 crore for 38.99% stake in KIMS Hospital. In May 2019, it invested an additional INR 55.60 crore for 1.92% stake in the company.
