General Atlantic sells addnl KIMS Hospital shares worth Rs.275 Cr, registers 3.25x return

General Atlantic has sold a 2.75% stake in publicly-listed Krishna Institute of Medical Sciences Ltd (KIMS) realizingINR 275 crore. Post the sale, the investor would hold a 12.42% stake in the hospitals company.

From the Venture Intelligence PE-VC Deal Database: In Jun 2018, General Atlantic had invested INR 929.16 crore for a 38.99% stake in KIMS. In May 2019, it invested additional INR 55.60 crore for 1.92% stake in the company.
