General Atlantic sells KIMS Hospital shares worth Rs.451-Cr; registers 3.5x return

General Atlantic has sold a 3.52% stake in publicly-listed Krishna Institute of Medical Sciences Ltd (KIMS Hospital) fetching INR 451.27 crore. Post the sale, the investor holds a 5.71% stake in the company.
From the Venture Intelligence PE-VC Deal Database: In June 2018, General Atlantic invested INR 929.16 crore for a 38.99% stake in KIMS Hospital. In May 2019, it invested additional INR 55.60 crore for 1.92% stake in the company.
