Generative AI tool vo. BharatGPT raises funding from HDFC Bank
Bengaluru-based conversational artificial intelligence (AI) startup CoRover.ai has raised funding from HDFC Bank. This investment aims to scale up the firm’s product, BharatGPT's reach, and enhance HDFC Bank’s focus on India's linguistic diversity and AI innovation.BharatGPT is an enterprise-grade large language model (LLM), which enables exchange of information in multiple Indian languages.CoRover claims to have notched up a user base of 1 Billion and over 25,000 enterprise and developer clients. It builds AI-powered assistants, including videobots, voicebots, chatbots, and telephony solutions.
Between Jul 2021 and Sep 2024, CoRover had raised USD 4.32 M from Canbank Ventures, Z Nation Lab, and others.For FY24, CoRover had reported about INR 7 Cr in Operating Income and about INR 0.01 Cr in PAT.
