Geospatial-solutions provider RMSI raises $56-M from Affirma Capital, 360 ONE, others

Noida-based RMSI Ltd , an engineering and data analytics company, has raised USD 56 million from private equity firm Affirma Capital, through its India-focused vehicle the Agastya Capital India Growth Fund, alongside 360 ONE Asset, and other co-investors. This transaction marks the first investment by Affirma Capital through the Agastya Capital India Growth Fund.Founded by Rajiv Kapoor and Anup Jindal, RMSI serves global clients in navigation, mapping, telecom, utilities, and sustainability. The company claims to have capabilities across artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning (ML) data annotation, autonomous driving technologies, and augmented reality mapping. The investment aims to strengthen its position in spatial, engineering, and AI/ML markets, hire talent, pursue acquisitions, and scale the business.
