GIC Group pares 1.17% stake in smart metering co. Genus Power Infra for Rs.116-Cr
Singapore’s sovereign wealth fund GIC’s unit Chiswick Investment Pte, has sold 35.78 lakh shares, representing 1.17% of paid-up equity, in Jaipur-based Genus Power Infrastructures for INR 116.12 crore in open market transactions on August 28.Genus Power Infrastructures provides smart metering and power distribution solutions.
In Jul 2023, GIC had invested INR 519 Cr in Genus Power Infrastructure.
