GMR Airports to acquire Utthishta Virat Fund’s 8.4% stake in airport digital infra firm WAISL for Rs
GMR Airports Infrastructure is acquiring an 8.4% stake in New Delhi-headquartered WAISL , which provides digital infrastructure services at airports. GMR Airports will buy 4,60,000 shares of WAISL from Utthishta Virat Fund for INR 56.66 crore.Incorporated in 2009, WAISL delivers digital infrastructure at airports and operates as an exclusive partner for IT services at airports.
