Golden Growth Fund acquires land parcel in Delhi's Anand Niketan area

Golden Growth Fund (GGF) , a category-II alternative investment fund (AIF), has acquired a land parcel in South Delhi's upscale Anand Niketan residential colony. The land will be redeveloped into an ultra-luxury residential project comprising four apartments spanning a total area of about 17,000 sq ft. The project entails an investment of INR 50 crore, including the land, and is expected to generate INR 65 crore. The project will be managed by Grovy, which has completed over 100 real estate projects in Delhi.
