Golden Growth Fund makes first close of Rs.400-Cr residential realty fund

Golden Growth Fund (GGF) , a category-II alternative investment manager, has made a first close for its INR 400 crore fund that will focus on land acquisitions in South Delhi for developing them into high-end residential properties.
