Good Farmer Food Concepts raises $1.5-M led by CreedCap
Bengaluru-based Good Farmer Food Concepts has raised USD 1.5 million in a pre-Series A funding round led by CreedCap, with participation from Indian tennis player Rohan Bopanna, former Indian cricket team captain Rahul Dravid, and Meraki Sport & Entertainment.Founded in 2024 by Ashish D'abreo, Sreeram Gangadharan, and Tej Thammaiah, Good Farmer Food Concepts manages artisanal coffee brand Maverick & Farmer Coffee and fast food brand Square Burgers & Co. Leveraging its estate in Pollibetta, Coorg, Maverick & Farmer Coffee currently operates seven cafes in Bengaluru and Goa.The company plans to utilize the new funds to expand its national presence with new cafes, invest in research and development and production infrastructure, and enhance its retail vertical. It plans to open new outlets in Mumbai, Delhi NCR, Goa, and Bangalore, expecting to reach ten operational locations by the end of the year.
