Grab-and-go brand First Coffee raises $1.3 M from DG Daiwa Ventures, others

Delhi-based grab-and-go specialty coffee brand First Coffee has raised USD 1.3 million in a pre-Series A funding round led by Japanese venture capital firm DG Daiwa Ventures, with participation from Beenext, Sanjay Kapoor, Shashank Bhagat, and other angel investors.Founded in 2024 by Sohrab Sitaram and Shiv Dhawan, First Coffee operates more than 25 outlets across Delhi, Punjab, and Haryana.The company plans to use the new funds to accelerate store expansion in Tier II cities, build its corporate team, strengthen brand value through marketing, and invest in product line development.
