Grassroot cricket players-focused CricHeroes raises funding from Venture Catalysts
Ahmedabad-based digital cricket network CricHeroes has raised Series B1 round of funding led by Venture Catalysts along with participation from several investors, including Games24x7 (an existing investor), WeFounderCircle, Eagle10 Ventures (via LetsVenture), Ivy Growth and Pranav Patel of PNR Projects Pvt Ltd. The funding will be used to scale revenue, launch new initiatives, and build the brand.Founded by Abhishek Desai, Kuntal Shah, and Meet Shah, CricHeroes claims to empower grassroots cricketers to showcase their talent, gain recognition, and improve their skills through data-driven insights. The platform also claims to fosters a strong grassroots cricket community by capturing all transactions between its members.
In Aug 2021, Games24x7 had made a strategic investment in CricHeroes.
