Great Place to Work buys stake in HR tech firm Culturelytics
Mumbai-based workplace analytics firm Great Place to Work (GPTW) has acquired a strategic stake in Bengaluru-based Culturelytics, which uses artificial intelligence (AI) to help businesses understand workforce culture. Culturelytics founder Yeshasvini Ramaswamy will take over as CEO of GPTW, succeeding Prasenjit Bhattacharya, GPTW co-founder and director. Culturelytics will continue to be steered by its management team, led by co-founder Smita Tharoor.
