Green Energy firm Continuum provides part exit to Morgan Stanley
The founders of Mumbai-headquartered Continuum Green Energy have raised their stake by acquiring shares from Morgan Stanley. Post deal, Morgan Stanley’s stake fell to 26% from 83%. The founders now own 74% of CGEL.Continuum has wind and solar power plants that produce over 1 gigawatt of electricity.
