Haircare brand Truth & Hair raises Rs.2.5 Cr on reality TV show Shark India
Gurugram-based Truth & Hair has raised INR 2.5 crore from Varun Alagh, co-founder of Honasa Consumer Pvt Ltd, during the reality show Shark Tank India.Founded in 2024 by certified trichologist Saumya Alagh and Shailesh Singh, Truth & Hair specializes in hair makeup and styling products designed for various hair textures. The company's product line features items such as root touch-up hair mascara and texture-specific cleansing ranges.Truth & Hair plans to use the new funds to expand its product portfolio, invest in scalp-first formulations, and strengthen its marketing and retail distribution across India.
