Havells Family Office sells Campus Activewear shares worth R.100-Cr

Havells Family Office, via QRG Investments And Holdings Limited, has sold 4,065,000 equity shares (1.17% stake) at INR 245.00 per share of publicly listed Campus Activewear on 21-02-2024 through a bulk deal on the NSE. The sale aggregates to INR 99.59 crore.

In Aug 2017, Havells Family Office, via QRG Enterprises Ltd, had invested INR 64.25 Cr in Campus Activewear. In May 2022, as part of the company's IPO, Havells Family Office sold shares worth INR 176.66 Cr. TPG Growth is the other PE investor in the company.
