Hawelia Group's Greater Noida project gets Rs.230-Cr from WSIB
American pension fund Washington State Investment Board (WSIB) has invested INR 230 crore in Hawelia Group's Shree Radha Sky Garden project in Greater Noida, the fund’s first investment in a stalled project.Anticipated to deliver over 2,000 homes, the Shree Radha Sky Garden project spans 22 acres. The investment is allocated for the development of 2.4 million sq. ft. of residential space, estimated to be valued at INR 770 crore.
