HCL buys a part of Gaja Capital’s stake in edtech co EI for Rs.166-Cr
IT services player HCL Group has invested INR 166 crore to acquire a minority stake in Ahmedabad-based education software company Educational Initiatives (EI).HCL Group has bought a portion of the stake held by Mumbai-based private equity firm Gaja Capital.EI currently operates in India, UAE, South Africa and Singapore. It claims to have over a million paid users for its offerings.
