Health-coaching platform Disha raises Rs.44-Cr led by General Catalyst

Gurugram-based Disha (formerly Curelink) has raised INR 43.88 crore in a Series A round led by General Catalyst, with participation from existing investor Elevation Capital and Flamel Performing Creatives. The firm issued 12,309 Series A CCPS (compulsorily convertible preference shares). Post the latest investment, the company’s post-money valuation is estimated at around INR 288 crore.Founded in 2025 by Divyansh Jain and Aman Singla, Disha operates a health coaching platform that provides personalised diet, fitness and chronic care support.The company plans to use the new funds to meet working capital requirements, enhance its AI models and technology platform, expand its business and operations and strengthen its capital base.The company doubled its revenue to INR 4.91 crore in FY25 from INR 2.47 crore in FY24, while its loss narrowed by 22.5% to INR 4.45 crore during the same period.

Between Sep-21 and Mar-22, Curelink had attracted about $ 7 M from Elevation Capital, Sparrow Capital, Capier Investments, VH Capital and others.
