Health-food brand The Whole Truth to raise $34-M led by Sofina
Mumbai-based clean-label health food brand The Whole Truth is to raise INR 304 crore (around USD 34 million) in its Series D round led by existing Belgium-based investor Sofina with the participation of Sauce.VC and Frangipani Capital. The firm would issue 67,596 Series D CCPS priced at INR 44,993 each to raise the sum. The firm’s post-money valuation is set to rise 69% to INR 3,604 crore (USD 400 million) in this round.Sofina will invest INR 190.2 crore (USD 21 million), while another existing investor Sauce.VC is contributing INR 110 crore (USD 12.2 million), Frangipani Capital has also joined the round with INR 3.92 crore. Following the latest infusion, Sofina will hold a 9.28% stake in the company, while Sauce.VC will own a 10.43% stake.The Whole Truth sells protein bars, peanut butter, dark chocolates, energy bars, immunity balls, and muesli. The fresh capital will be deployed to meet the company’s financial requirements and support business expansion. It posted a revenue of INR 215.8 crore in FY25.
Between Sep-19 and Feb-25, The Whole Truth had attracted about USD 34 M from PE-VC investors including from Z47, Peak XV Partners and Sauce.VC.
