Health-tech co. Dozee raises $8.3 M from C3H, others

Bengaluru-based health-tech startup Dozee , backed by Prime Venture Partners and 3ONE4 Capital, has raised INR 71.5 crore (about USD 8.3 million) in a mix of equity and debt. Temasek Trust’s impact-first investment vehicle C3H infused INR 6.3 crore in the form of equity in the startup and INR 58.5 crore was infused as debt by Stockhausen International Pte Ltd.The fresh capital will help the startup accelerate its global expansion and strengthen R&D efforts to enhance critical patient care monitoring.Founded in 2015 by Mudit Dandwate and Gaurav Parchani, Dozee sells contactless patient monitoring systems that allow clinical staff of hospitals to remotely monitor vital signs of those under treatment, including heart rate, respiration rate, blood pressure and temperature.

Between Sep 2020 and Oct 2024, Dozee had attracted about USD 30 M in equity and debt from 3ONE4 Capital, Prime Venture Partners, YourNest and others
