Health-tech co. focused on children with special needs Lissun raises Rs.48-Cr led by Colossa Venture

Gurugram-based Lissun has raised INR 48 crore in a Series A funding round led by Colossa Ventures. The round saw participation from Physis Capital and existing investors, including RPSG Capital Ventures, Ivycap Ventures, Rainmatter, Multiply Ventures, and SucSEED Ventures. New investors New Age India Fund and Beyond Capital Ventures also participated in the transaction.Founded in 2021 by Krishna Veer Singh and Tarun Gupta, Lissun is a health-tech platform focused on children with special needs and developmental delays. The company operates through its child-care brand, Sunshine by LISSUN, which manages child development centers alongside providing digital products and AI-led tools.The company plans to use the new funds to expand its physical network to 50 centers by next year, develop AI-led solutions using its proprietary technology and data, and strengthen clinical processes across its network.

Between Sep 2022 and Jun 2026, Lissun had attracted about USD 5 million from Beacon India, Finvolve, IvyCap Ventures, Multiply Ventures, Rainmatter Capital, RPSG Capital Ventures, and others.For FY25, Lissun had reported about INR 5 crore in Operating Income and about INR 10 crore in Net Loss.
