Health-tech platform August AI in talks to raise $4-M from Peak XV
Bengaluru-based healthtech startup August AI is in talks to raise USD 4 million from Peak XV.Founded in 2022 by IIT-BHU alumnus Anuruddh Mishra, August AI operates a ‘health companion’ that provides users with health insights, medication reminders, and assistance in understanding medical reports and prescriptions.The startup intends to use the capital to support operations and product development.
Between Jun 2024 and Nov 2025, August AI had attracted about $ 5 M from Accel India, Claypond Capital, MEMG Family Office, Others.For FY25, August AI had reported about INR 0.14 Cr in Operating Income and about INR 5 Cr in Net Loss.
