Healthcare marketing startup Doceree raises $13.6 M from Creaegis, others

Delhi-based pharmaceutical advertising and healthcare marketing startup Doceree has raised INR 113.5 crore (around USD 13.6 million) in a Series B round of funding from Creaegis with participation from existing investors, including Eight Roads Ventures and F-Prime Capital. The company is to issue 10 equity and 24,300 CCPS (compulsorily convertible preference shares) at an issue price of INR 4,672 per share to raise INR 113.5 crore.
