Healthcare platform HexaHealth raises Rs.37-Cr led by Orios Venture Partners
Gurugram-based Hexahealth raises INR 37 crore (USD 4.3 million) in a Series A round through the issue of 49,941 Series A3 compulsorily convertible preference shares (CCPS) at INR 6,848 per share. The round was led by Orios Venture Partners (INR 12 crore) and saw participation from Enzia Ventures (INR 6 crore), 3ONE4 Capital, Chiratae Ventures, ITI Growth Opportunities Fund, Omidyar Network investing INR 4 crore each. The rest of the investment came from individual investors. The company is valued at INR 314 crore (USD 37 million) post allotment.The fresh funds will be used by the company for working capital requirements and marketing.Co-Founded in 2021 by Vikas Chauhan, Ankur Girgas, and Aman Khanna, HexaHealth claims to provide solutions to patients including doctor consultations, medical loan facilitation, second opinions, insurance assistance, and post-surgery care.
Between Sep-2021 and Dec-22, HexaHealth had attracted about USD 11.65 M from 3ONE4 Capital, Chiratae Ventures, Omidyar Network, others.For FY24, Hexahealth had reported about INR 17Cr in Operating Income and about INR 36 Cr in Net Loss.
