Hero Electronix’s Tessolve Semiconductor attracts $75-M led by Vector Line Capital

Bengaluru-based Tessolve Semiconductor , a Hero Electronix group firm, has raised USD 75-M in a funding round led by the US-based, Semiconductors focused investment firm, Vector Line Capital.Founded by Srini Chinamilli, Tessolve offers turnkey solutions across chip architecture, design, validation, testing, and embedded systems. The company employs over 3,500 engineers across 10 countries and operates nine laboratories globally. The firm works with semiconductor companies, hyperscalers, chip startups, and system companies across segments such as artificial intelligence, high-performance computing, automotive, data centers, and industrial applications.The firm intends to use the capital to support growth, including for acquisitions that complement its existing capabilities, expand its service offerings, and strengthen its global presence.Tessolve is currently in talks to close multiple acquisitions over the next few quarters.
