Hiranandani-Blackstone JV acquires 211-acre land parcel in Chennai for Rs.700-Cr
Greenbase Industrial & Logistics Parks , a joint venture between private equity investor Blackstone and realtor Hiranandani Group, has acquired a 211-acre prime land parcel across Oragadam (Southwest Chennai) and North Chennai for INR 700 crore.The acquisition will help to augment the existing 180 acres already held by the company. The company has earmarked an investment of about INR 1500 crores for the development of these 391 acres, with project delivery anticipated within the current financial year.Greenbase Industrial & Logistics Parks has already delivered 3 million sq ft. of built-to-suit space in Oragadam, catering to clients in e-commerce, electronics, renewable energy, automotive, manufacturing, and engineering industries.
