Hiranandani Group's Yotta Data Services raises $150-M

Mumbai-based AI infrastructure and data centre company Yotta Data Services has raised USD 150 million from non-institutional investors at a valuation of INR 37,000 crore.Founded in 2019, Yotta is a provider of AI infrastructure and data centre solutions. The company plans to use the new funds to strengthen its balance sheet and support expansion.The company aims to increase its AI cloud capacity to more than 40,000 Nvidia Blackwell GPUs over the next four months, with plans to reach approximately 85,000 GPUs by the end of the current financial year.

In Jun 2026, Yotta Data Services had attracted funding from Cornerstone Venture Partners.For FY25, Yotta Data Services had reported about INR 891 Cr in Operating Income and about INR 11 Cr in PAT.
