Holiday home fractional ownership platform ALYF raises $1.5 M
Mumbai-based ALYF had raised USD 1.5 million in a seed round led by 9Unicorns and Venture Catalysts. The startup will use the funds for business expansion, brand marketing and enhancing technology to democratise the space. Founded in June 2022 by Saurabh Vohara, ALYF addresses the problem of investing in holiday homes through a unique Smart Ownership model, where a property can be owned individually or by a maximum of 8 Smart-Owners. ALYF was previously backed by investors such as Saurabh Garg, Amit Agrawal, Akhil Gupta, Kunal Shah, Arjun Vaidya, Ritesh Malik, Pravin Agarwal, and Mitesh Shah. It claims to have a mandate of about 10 properties across Lonavala, Goa, and Alibaug.
