Home appliances brand Nuuk bags Rs.40-Cr from Vertex Ventures
Gurugram-headquartered D2C home appliances brand Nuuk has raised INR 40 crore (USD 4.6 million) in its Series A funding round led by Vertex Ventures. The startup will use the fresh capital for product development, brand building, and scaling up local manufacturing.Founded in 2023, Nuuk offers products across four categories: fan, vacuum cleaner, garment care, and juicer and blender. It manufactures only 20% of its products in India, with the rest being imported from China. Besides its own website, Nuuk also sells its products via e-commerce marketplaces.With the latest round, the startup has raised INR 65 crore (about USD 8 million) in total to date from Good Capital, Rohit Kapoor, Suhail Sameer, Deep Bajaj, Vivek Gambhir, among others.
