Home care brand Happi Planet raises Rs.18-Cr from Fireside Ventures, Prath Ventures

Mumbai-based home care company Happi Planet , offering non-toxic and consumer-safe products, has raised INR 18 crore in a fresh funding round. The investment saw participation from existing investor Fireside Ventures and new investor Prath Ventures.Founded in 2022 by former P&G executives Nimeet Dhokai and Mayank Gupta, Happi Planet's product portfolio spans categories including laundry care, kitchen care and surface cleaning. The new funds will be deployed for category expansion, building depth in its portfolio, expanding its team, and strengthening brand building.Happi Planet is claimed to have already achieved a reach of one million households and aims to expand this to five million households over the next 18 months. The company reported a 15x revenue growth in the past 12 months. The brand's strategy focuses on digital-led growth across online marketplaces and its own direct-to-consumer (D2C) site, with plans to explore an offline presence in the coming years.

Between Dec 2023 and Aug 2024, Happi Planet had attracted about USD 1 M from Stride Ventures and Fireside Ventures.
