Home decor marketplace Vaaree raises Rs.65-Cr led by Hero Enterprise, Cap Alpha
Bengaluru-based home decor marketplace Vaaree has raised INR 65 crore in a Series A funding round co-led by Hero Enterprise and Cap Alpha Ventures.Founded in 2022 by Varun Vohra, Garima Luthra, and Pranav Arora, Vaaree operates an online platform featuring more than 1.5 lakh products across categories including bedding, furnishings, kitchenware, bath products, and lighting. The company plans to use the new funds to strengthen its proprietary AI-powered discovery engine, VibeCheck, which provides personalized product recommendations and room visualizations. Additionally, the firm intends to expand its fulfillment network and establish quality-verification hubs in key markets to improve product availability and enable next-day deliveries.
Between Mar 2022 and Jul 2025, Vaaree had attracted about USD 12 M from All In Capital, Peak XV Partners, PeerCapital, OTP Ventures and others.For FY25, Vaaree had reported about INR 17 Cr in Operating Income and about INR 26 Cr in Net loss.
