Home essentials seller EcoSoul raises Rs.45-Cr from Bajaj Financial Securities
Noida-based home essentials brand EcoSoul has raised INR 45 crore from Bajaj Financial Securities through 7,500 compulsorily convertible debentures (CCDs) at INR 60,000 per share.The fresh funding will be used by the company primarily for working capital needs.Co-founded by Arvind Ganesan and Rahul Singh in 2021, EcoSoul sells 40+ products across kitchenware, tableware, personal hygiene, and baby care. The company has manufacturing facilities in Uttar Pradesh and sells primarily in the USA and Europe.
Between Apr-23 and Mar-25, Ecosoul had attracted about USD 14.97 M from Accel India, Singh Capital Partners, Alteria Capital, Stride Ventures, StartupXseed Ventures, and JSW Ventures.For FY24, Ecosoul had reported about INR 26.79 Cr in Operating Income and about INR 4.62 Cr in Net Loss.
