Home improvement platform Wify raises $2.1 M led by Capria Ventures
Mumbai-based construction and home improvement platform, Wify has raised INR 17.5 crore (USD 2.1 million) in its pre-Series A round led by Capria Ventures. Capria Ventures has invested INR 8 crore while Duo Design and Optimistic Trading Company invested INR 3 crore and INR 1.5 crore, respectively. Existing investors Blume Ventures and Singularity Growth also participated with INR 2 crore and INR 3 crore each in the funding round. Wify will issue 30,455 pre-series A CCPS at INR 5,747 each to the investors.Wify had raised a USD 2 million seed round in July 2022 when it was valued at around INR 128 crore (post-money).Founded in 2019 by Vikram Sharm and Deepanshu Goel, Wify offers on-site installation and post-purchase services to businesses and brands. The firm registered over twofold year-on-year growth and posted INR 24.47 crore revenue in FY23.
