Home loan marketplace Ambak in talks with Quona Capital to raise Rs.80-Cr

Gurugram-based home loan marketplace Ambak is in talks to raise Rs.80-Cr ($8.4 M) in a fresh funding round led by Quona Capital, at a post-money valuation between Rs.650-Cr and Rs.680-Cr. The round will see participation from existing investors, including Peak XV Partners and Z47 Partners.Founded in 2023 by Raghuveer Malik, Pranav Khattar, Rameshwar Gupta, Ashish Lohia, and Rashi Garg, Ambak currently supports more than 50 lender partners and serves over 15,000 customers and 3,000 intermediaries in the home loans segment. The company uses a proprietary bank rule engine and integrated credit score tools to match users with financiers.

Between Jan 2024 and Nov 2025, Ambak had attracted about $18 M from AdvantEdge Partners, DeVC India, Peak XV Partners, Z47 and others.For FY25, Ambak had reported about INR 19 Cr in Operating Income and about INR 17 Cr in Net Loss.
