Home loans player Altum Credo attracts $40-M; Series A investors make part exit
Pune-based affordable housing finance company Altum Credo has attracted USD 40 million in its Series C funding round led by Z3Partners and Oikocredit. The financing round also saw participation from British International Investment (BII) and existing investors Aavishkaar Capital, Amicus Capital and PS Pai and family.The deal saw Altum Credo raising USD 27 million in primary capital and USD 13 million go towards providing a part exit to its Series A investors. The company had previously raised USD 9.8 million in Series A and USD 12 million in Series B in 2021.As of March 2024, Altum Credo had an AUM (assets under management) of INR 830 crore (about USD 100 million).
