Home rentals enabler Elivaas raises Rs.87-Cr from Vertex, Peak XV, others
Delhi NCR-based hospitality startup Elivaas has raised INR 87 crore (around USD 10 million) in its Series B funding round led by Vertex Ventures, with participation from existing investors, including Peak XV Partners’ Surge and 3ONE4 Capital.Founded by Ritwik Khare and Karan Miglani in 2023, Elivaas lets homeowners rent their properties via its platform. Apart from its own website, Elivaas also offers its service via travel marketplaces such as MakeMyTrip and Airbnb.The startup aims to deploy the fresh capital to expand its global footprint, enhance tech stack, and build brand identity. The firm, which is present in 32 cities across India, plans to foray into Southeast Asia with the new funding.
Between May 2023 and Sep 2024, Elivaas had raised about USD 8 M from 3ONE4 Capital, Peak XV Partners, and Kettleborough VC.
