Home services firm Urban Company attracts $50-M through secondary deal

Home services unicorn Urban Company has attracted USD 50 million from ?Dharana Capital? (an offshoot from Vy Capital), Vy Capital and Prosus via a secondary purchase from employees and other existing shareholders. Vamsi Duvvuri, Founder and Managing Partner of Dharana Capital will join the board of Urban Company.The selling investors included Titan Capital (the joint investment unit of Snapdeal co-founders Rohit Bansal and Kunal Bahl) which has realised a 200x return on its investment.
