Homebuyers advisory platform Propsoch raises $2-M from Athera, Sparrow Capital, Vakil Group
Bengaluru-based proptech startup Propsoch has raised USD 2 million in a seed funding round led by Athera Venture Partners, Sparrow Capital, and Vakil Group. The company previously raised USD 600,000 in a pre-seed round led by the family offices of Godrej Group and Vakil Group.Founded in 2022 by Ashish Acharya and Ravi Agrawal, Propsoch provides a real estate advisory platform that guides homebuyers through property discovery, shortlisting, and transaction closure.The new funds will be used to fuel its market expansion, grow its team, and enhance research and advisory capabilities. The firm intends to deepen its presence in Bengaluru while expanding its operations into Mumbai.
Between Jul 2022 and Nov 2024, Propsoch had raised funding from Bhaskar Bhat, Mohit Malhotra and the family offices of Godrej Group and Vakil Group.
