HomeLane acquires fellow home interiors firm DesignCafe
HomeLane? is to acquire fellow Bengaluru-based interior design company DesignCafe in a 100% share swap deal that values the combined entity at INR 3,000 crore.
Between Nov 2015 and Mar 2023, Design Cafe had raised over USD 66 M from WestBridge, Fireside Ventures, Mirabilis Investment Trust, Sixth Sense Ventures and Alteria Capital.
