Hospital-tech co. Prodoc AI raises funding led by Thyrocare founder Velumani

Bengaluru-based Prodoc AI has raised a seed funding round led by the family office of Dr A. Velumani, the founder of the Thyrocare diagnostic chain, with participation from Dr Kunal Shet and Parth D. Bhasin.Founded in 2022 by Asit Kumar Vidyarthi and Raghuvamshi Thakur, Prodoc AI offers a Patient Journey Operating System (OS) for hospitals that connects fragmented healthcare systems into a single intelligent layer. The software integrates with existing platforms such as hospital information systems, electronic medical records, customer relationship management, billing, telephony, and diagnostics without requiring infrastructure replacement.The company plans to use the capital to advance its agentic AI capabilities, expand its system integrations and develop AI agents for hospital workflows, including care coordination, patient engagement, operations and revenue management.
